About this event
Guitarist Rafael Aguirre has been called ‘a complete performer’ for his virtuosity, tenderness and flair. He joins conductor Jaime Martín and the fabulous Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía in the world’s favourite guitar concerto.
The programme also explores Falla’s vivid musical portraits of Spain, the myths and traditions of Mexico through Gabriela Ortiz’s orchestral retelling of the legend of a mysterious blue deer.
