This kaleidoscopic production weaves together works by Barbara Strozzi, Claudio Monteverdi and Jonathan Dove, exploring the depths of human and spiritual love — from passion and loss to longing and transcendence.
Discover Strozzi’s sensuous, emotionally rich compositions and Monteverdi’s dramatic madrigals of grief and conflict. Jonathan Dove’s Seven Angels offers a visionary reflection on Renaissance painter Piero della Francesca.
