This website is operated by Musikazoo UK Ltd, trading as Vialma, who have been contracted by the London Symphony Orchestra Ltd on behalf of the Student Pulse Partners to provide the Services. By agreeing to these Terms of Use and registering your personal User Account through the website to access the Services you agree that you are over the age of 18 and that you are currently an under-graduate or post-graduate student. You agree to use your best endeavours to ensure that no other person can access your User Account and agree to be held solely responsible for any activity that takes place within your User Account.
Student Status
By registering your User Account and using the Services you confirm that you are currently studying at a university or other place of higher education (“Student”). If you are not or no longer a student, you are not authorised to use the website. When purchasing tickets for others (friends, guests), each one of these ticket holders must also be a student. You (and those for whom you purchased tickets) may be asked by the Student Pulse Partner/s to provide Student ID or other means of confirming status when attending events.
Reward points
Reward points are no longer a feature of Student Pulse as the user interviews conducted informed that reward points were not claimed and are not an essential feature for Student Pulse users. If you had unclaimed points from last year (Sep 2021-Jul 2022), please email
Limits of use
Vialma reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to the ticket buying section of the website services with or without notice. While we endeavour to ensure the website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time, for any period.
The content of and as listed in the website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on appropriate hardware for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without prior written permission from Vialma.
Privacy
Vialma will be the Data Controller in relation to any personal data which you provide to us via the website. Vialma will act as a Data Processor to provide you with personalised information, event listings and user support. In addition, any of the Student Pulse Partners may act as a Data Processor solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your ticket order. For full details please see our Privacy Policy below.
Conditions of Sale
Only tickets purchased directly from the website are valid for admission. Tickets sold via unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
Refunds, Exchanges and Transfers
Tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Tickets will not be exchanged even if your group has not been seated together, as tickets are automatically allocated in sequence after purchase.
Arriving late
To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally this may not be possible once the performance has started.
Conditions of entry
No member of the audience will be permitted to sit in any gangway which intersects or flanks the seating.
The taking of photographs, capturing of images or the use of any recording devices including mobile phones during any performance is strictly prohibited. The Student Pulse Partners reserve the right to:
- refuse admission to the premises and venue;
- request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right;
- change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond their control.
Other legal terms
You agree to indemnify and hold Vialma harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the website or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of these Terms of Use.
The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The construction, validity and performance of these Terms of Use and all non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by English law. Any action or proceeding brought to adjudicate any dispute related to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts or, if you are a consumer, the courts of the jurisdiction where you usually reside.
